Isolated Filling Lines, VFCM Series

Our Fully Integrated Isolated Filling Lines includes a Rotary Washer, Depyrogenation Tunnel, Filler, Capper, Exterior Glassware Washer and Tray Loader. Further, we offer individual Filling Line components for a fully customized solution. Additionally, we offer a wide array of models with various through-put capabilities, spanning across the entire range of container sizes. Optional processing of pre-filled syringes (loaded from the nests). Combine our Isolated Filling Lines with other processing options and modular cleanrooms.

FEATURING THE VFCM SERIES FILLING-STOPPERING-CAPPING SYSTEM

Our VFCM Series Filling-Stoppering-Capping System processes vials from 2ml to 100ml with production speeds up to 100 vials/minute. The VFCM Series fillers feature an infeed rotating table which feeds sterile empty vials into a walking beam system, where filling pump(s) in the filling section fill the correct dosage into the vials. A single fill per vial performs standard product dispensing (optionally a two-step dispensing system is available). Moreover, all of our Filling Systems use a diving nozzle wherein the nozzle is retracted upward during the filling process.
