Rotary Washers

Linear Washers
- Efficient in-line/tunnel washing and air-blowing of vials or bottles
- Container sizes 1R-100H

- Further, may be integrated with our Filler/Cappers and Exterior Glassware Washers for a fully customized solution
- Linear Washers feature output up to 400 cph
- Linear Washers feature output up to 24,000 cph
- Lastly, all Systems are in compliance with cGMP, GAMP and 21CFR Part11 requirements
Exterior Glassware Washers
- Decontaminate and clean the external surface of vials, cartridges and ampoules
- Feature a variety of surface cleaning options including softened/DI/Purified water, WFI, detergent and detergent mixtures
- Compressed air (or nitrogen) used to dry the cleaned glassware
- Further, compressed air blowing nozzles remove the residual washing fluids from the outer glass surfaces.
- Changeover parts consist only of star wheels, infeed and outfeed guides
- Adjustable spray nozzles
- Exterior Glassware Washers feature output speeds up to 48,000 pph
- Lastly, all Systems are in compliance with cGMP, GAMP and 21CFR Part11 requirements
