Encapsulation is the filling of empty capsules with the desired drug. It is done using two principles viz. Tamping and Dosating. Our machines work on both these principles. In both the principles, the powder formulation is formed into a slug which is delivered to the body of the capsules. This process ensures encapsulating hard gelatin capsules with precise dose, gives better weight control and with improved yield. Automatic capsule-filling machines are designed to cater to a wide range of formulation with powder/granules, pellets/sustained release spherical pellets, tablets, filled capsules and combination of these. Automatic capsule-filling machines are capable of encapsulating wide range of capsules from size 000 to size 5 hard gelatin capsules with a varied output range of 6000, 25000, 40000 and 90000 capsules per hour. The machine is formulation-friendly and uses a mechanical volumetric syringe type principle. AF-T Lab This fully automatic laboratory capsule-filling machine gives you the flexibility to experiment with various combinations of dosage forms and also ensures that the resultant formulations are compatible with the production line. The tablet-filling attachment can also be fitted to the machine for multiple dosage combinations such as powder + tablet + pellet. AF-T Lab The invaluable line machines put in conjunction with automatic capsule-filling machines, provides minimization of manual handling of capsules and powder along with ensuring quality, reliability and repeatability of the final products FCE-100 The FCE-100 is a high-output elevator suitable for elevating from a lower level to higher level. This unit is extremely useful in fully automatic lines where the output from the exit chute of a filling / sorting machine, which is at a lower level, is connected to the inlet chute of a polishing machine, which is at a higher level. SE-100 The machine sorts out diametrically defective capsules and ensures that only capsules of the correct size enter the capsule hopper of the fully automatic capsule-filling machine, ensuring a continuous feed of diametrically correct capsules. This eliminates stoppage of the automatic capsule-filling machine, which could occur due to presence of defective capsules in the loading station. The capsule sorter-cum-elevator is connected to the automatic capsule-filling machine's capsule hopper.
FCE-100 DP-100 The DP-100 is an advanced de-dusting and polishing machine. It combines cGMP design and the most efficient method of polishing with engineering features that makes it easier to clean and maintain. This flexibility results in a higher degree of operating efficiency and cleanliness. The DP-100 can be introduced into an existing production line or can be used by itself with a visual inspection unit. The ADU-100 is a dust extraction unit. It is used for collecting loose powder from the polishing chamber of the DP-100. It is also used for cleaning operations on automatic capsule-filling machines.

ADU-100 CTS - Tablet/Capsule Sorter The Capsule Tablet Sorter is used for visual inspection of tablets, soft capsules, dragees and capsules to identify cosmetic defects such as spots, cracks, scratches, warts, missing corners etc. The visual inspection of the product is effected by one operator. The steady rotation of the inspection rollers ensures that the product is continuously being rotated in front of the operator. In addition, a mirror mounted on the opposite side guarantees reliable all-round product inspection.
MCS-100 The Mini Capsule Sorter is specially designed for automatic sorting of loose caps, loose powder and diametrically defective filled capsules. It can directly be coupled with any automatic capsule-filling machine.
FS-100 The FS-100 enables inspection and sorting of filled capsules to eliminate dented, telescoped and opened-up capsules. The machine improves productivity of inspection and sorting by feeding filled capsules from the hopper at a controlled rate to the conveyor belt. The capsules are rotated 360o and in a zigzag manner on the conveyor and defective capsules are picked up manually. In the process, it also removes excess powder which is collected in the powder tray below the vibrator. ECS-100 The ECS-100 is a high output-sorting unit suitable for sorting of capsules. The unit separates empty capsules, loose caps and loose bodies from the output of the capsule-filling machines.
ECS-100 De-Blistering Semi automatic de-blistering machine, suitable for de-blistering capsules and tablets packed in PVC/ALU blisters. Unique design which dose not require any change parts for different size of blisters. The machine includes a movable stand and two trays for collecting the reusable product.
Product Conveying System The Product Conveying System model PCS-200 is designed to convey powder, pellets and granules from the IP container to the hopper of the machine.
Sensing Systems Fully automatic Online Check-Weigher is designed for statistical weight control system to check samples of filled capsules from the automatic capsule-filling machine.
The Metal Detection system works on the Eddy Current principle using a focused electromagnetic field. It uses Dual Channel Phase Sensitive Detection for optimum detection of all metals (ferrous and non ferrous / non magnetic stainless steel). It detects very minute particles of stainless steel and metal flakes inadvertently present in formulations.
Metal Detection Unit End-of-Line Automatic Packager This is a fully automatic, servo controlled, vertical case packer where all the operations are automatic including: right from case erection; collating of products; loading of products in the case; and sealing (taping / gluing) of the case. The entire case packing operation is done on one single compact machine which requires only one person to operate it. The case packer is designed using balcony construction and incorporates the latest technology for operation. The case packer can be integrated with an automatic palletizer for further automation. Products: Can handle various products like bottles, cartons, tetrapacks, containers, jars, tubes, tins, cans, pouches etc. and pack them directly in shipper cases.
